CLAT is an entrance exam used by 22 NLUs (national law universities) for admission to various LLM, LLB, and Integrated LLB programs across the nation. This year the exam is supposed to be conducted on 19th Jun 2022. Once the exam is over, CNLU will announce the result within a few weeks after the completion of the entrance test.

CNLU (Consortium of National Law Universities) releases CLAT Exam 2022 Result on its official website, i.e. consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The result is released in the form of a scorecard and carries details like marks, percentage, subject-wise grades, category rank, all India rank, result status, etc. After the scorecard, CNLU also releases the merit lists for both UG and PG law courses.

Step-by-step process to download CLAT result 2022:

Downloading CLAT 2022 exam results is not so tough. All you need is a compatible browser and a stable internet connection to download the scorecard. Here is a step-by-step process to check CLAT results for UG and PG law courses:

Step 1: Visit the official website of CNLU or directly click on  consortiumofnlus.ac.in

Step 2: Once you land on CNLU’s official website, look for the CLAT result link on the main page and click on it.

Step 3: Now, log in to the CLAT 2022 result by entering your registered mobile number and password.

Step 4: Next, click on the ‘View Result’ button, and you will get your CLAT scorecard on the next screen.

Step 5: Check the scores, result status, and other details.

Step 6: At last, download your CLAT 2022 Exam result.

Note: The CNLU (Consortium of National Law Universities) does not send hard copies of the CLAT result to the candidate.

What to check on CLAT 2022 Scorecard?

CLAT scorecard contains some important details regarding students’ profiles and whereabouts. Therefore, before you download the result, check all the details and ensure they are mentioned correctly on the scorecard.

How to file grievances against incorrect details in the CLAT result?

There is nothing to worry about if you find any discrepancies in your CLAT 2022 results. The consortium allows you to file a grievance. CNLU provides all the essential details for the grievance filing after declaring the CLAT result.

Step 1: Visit the official website of CNLU.

Step 2: Log in to the exam portal of the CLAT 2022 exam.

Step 3: Click on the button ‘Submit Grievance’.

Step 4: Mention the details of your grievances.

Step 5: Upload the suggested documents.

Step 6: Click on submit option.

Note: Candidates need to submit their grievances within the dates allotted by the examination authority, i.e., CNLU.

Preparation of the merit list:

After declaring the CLAT scorecard, CNLU prepares the students’ merit list based on their marks. For every correct answer, students get +1, and for every wrong answer, the consortium deducts 0.25 marks as per its marking Scheme. After calculating the marks, the consortium declares the CLAT merit list, which contains important details like candidate’s scores, obtained rank, roll number, admit card, AIR rank, etc. Students can see the merit list on the official website of CNLU.
